I've always loved science gadgets, and this one is a lot of fun for the money. It produces sparks that are big (several inches long) and loud! It also comes with several tiny bulbs that light up just by holding them near the coil's "needle," some copper wire you can use to make various shapes that light up when attached to the needle, and a tube that when you place it over the needle it causes "lightning bolts" to run up the tube. The music feature makes other-worldly sounds, but it's not something you really want to listen to for very long! Overall, it seems to be well-built and is a lot of fun to play with, but it's NOT a music device.

It's a great product, nicely build and much more powerful than I had expected. It is also very loud at the higher intensity setting and thus it is nothing that you can let turned on for long on your table if you have neighbors. Thank you!
