I have a Golden Retriever, so yeah she was scared of it at first. But now brings it to me to switch on. Brilliant.

My indoor cat is suffering from feline acne under her chin. I have stopped using plastic food dishes and switched to non-plastic bowls. I replaced her plastic water fountain with this fountain. Pooky cat loves this fountain and her feline acne is healing. I like the height of this fountain since Pooky doesn't need to get low to drink. She doesn't like fountains with too much water movement but this fountain provides adequate water movement without scaring her. The fountain is pretty easy to clean and the filtration cartridges keep it clean for 2-3 weeks for Pooky alone. It holds a large amount of water so I don't need to refill it often. I currently have the water fountain in my bedroom and the sound of the fountain is actually relaxing. It's not loud so I can easily fall asleep listening to the water quietly flow. The light on the front that shows the water level isn't super bright but it makes it easy to see where the fountain is in the dark. I'm glad the light isn't super bright in my bedroom at night.
